Before you start reading, be aware that this RP does not, I repeat, DOES NOT have good or bad guys in this situation. It is merely a difference in opinion on how the government should be run! Thank you.
In the Beginning... It is the twenty-second century and many things have changed from our normal views of life. Man has become more and more helpful to the world as cars have become Eco-friendly and even a new source of fuel was found. But we are not here to talk about what the future holds for technology, no. We are here to tell you the disaster that waits in the passing days. The year is 2159 and many things are going under way to help preserve the world (in the way it use to be) and save everyone in it. However, things were not as they might have appeared at first glance as one fateful morning showed the humans within the world how cruel life can truly be. Waking, like any morning, you will find the halls silent, the streets bare and everything practically turned upside down. You see, in a single night everyone over 17 and under 12, vanished. There was no hints or clues to this coming future, but everyone between the ages of 12 and 17 were left alone. With no one to guide them, a single man stood up in order to help everyone. His name was Kuro Minus. No one knows his real name anymore, but Kuro lead everyone in his city out to safety and towards a city that they would call home. Along the way, the picked up stragglers and pulled them along with. Unlike normal belief though, the travel was not without its own punishment as it seemed the wild life and domesticated animals were feral, in a simple night they went from man's best friend to eating man. This caused fear within the small group and caused Kuro to set up the Enforcers to protect everyone and keep them feeling safe.
The travels took about a week or more before they finally reached the only city of its kind. This city was an experiment using a dome bubble around a city to purify everything inside and out. Uncaring if it worked, Kuro lead the group to it and this is where they called home. Quickly Kuro took up his own leadership within the city and made the Loyalists. A law and government were made in that very instant as he kept everyone in line and their tummies full. Using the technology that the city held, he made everything a city would need to survive, including a currency. Shortly after, the city was named Kuro Sanctum. It became a beacon to other kids out in World's End and drew them in. As the city grew, so did Kuro's Loyalists as they became a strong force and even banned normal weapons, leaving only stun guns, and other various incapacitating weapons. Law became Kuro's life and he did what he believed needed to keep the peace and the life of everyone in the Sanctum.
Now Two years passed and everything seemed to be going splendidly as the city that was meant to hold fifty thousand people was steadily growing as more kids came in. However, the population of the city is perhaps a thousand, if not less which made Kuro realize how the human race had taken a large blow. Though things weren't going as well as Kuro had planned two years ago as a single group began to rise against him. This group was quickly called the Turncoats. Their views differed from Kuro's and they wanted to get out from beneath the suppression they were seeing, thinking it unworthy to have younger kids bossing them around. Now with conflicted interests going up against each other, the Sanctum must hold together during the fight of beliefs or fall to the wild.
